This substantially is influenced by our own experience and the experience of our partners in the area construction, design  and development.

Unfortunately again and again the capacity in these fields seems to be much  too small, despite a continuous capacity development at CAO and all our  partners.

Ours first sample, shows 5 pictures, sketches and the ready product. The task was, to develop a new system. It was the CAO idea  to develop and to replace an available system with problems, related to the function and manufacturing process, without these weaknesses, completely new.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Target A: 

A absolute new design, essential more favourable cost, because of saving parts, weight and material. A better and more easy assembling for users, a much better way for production which leads to a reduction of errors and reduction of the production cost.

Target B:

 

Like A, but under retention of the previous design.

Our second example, a completely different product which needs  our  resources much  stronger, shows a cordless telephone.

Telephones and akin equipment have been a part of our business for many years.

Here the idea came from our customer, where we develop telephones and comparable equipment for many years.

 

 

 

Developing and designing has been made after a duty exercise book which was prepared into cooperation between our customer, the end users and designers here at CAO

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The main targets, which must be reached: 

Telephone according DECT standard

 

 

A functional design which narrowly, however, orientated itself at the wishes of our customer.

A very favourable electronics which, however, must reach all necessary admittances both in Europe and in the USA.  

 

An economical construction which shows even broader countable advantages in addition to the cost advantage of the location Shenzhen (China).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The mentioned goals were accomplished after a 12-month development time.  

20 prototypes with all drawings and the further necessary production documents were

the result after the first 12 months.
