CAO locations

 

 

   

The CAO activities are preferably in Taiwan (R. of China) in China (P. R.of China) here mainly in the first two free trade areas of Shenzhen. In Hong Kong and in Turkey.

 

 

   

Here we and of course our customers can reckon with good results everywhere regarding the compliance of quality claims and with the fulfilment of delivering promises. Furthermore we have offices in all these areas, we are on the front line and have so the ability to react much faster.

 

 

 

 

In Turkey  our manufacturing sites are in  the areas Istanbul, Bursa and Izmir.

We have, for example contracting partners in the engineering plastic business, with 25 injection machines  from  85 tons Demag to a 150 tons Sumitomo 2 colours injection moulding up to 800 tons.

The picture 8 shows a small assembly line, attached and managed by an plastic injection shop, with the maximum 32 semiautomatic places we are able to supply economical parts and groups in excellent quality.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But also plastic injection shops, with more than 40 injection machines of 100 tons up to 1600 tons, Netstal and Krauss Maffei.

With synthetic material laboratory and a quality system which will fulfil also the very high of our European customers.

We manufacture large tool in Taiwan in first line only with partners with whom CAO has gained positive experience since more than 10 years. The available facilities  and the performance are corresponding the European standards, but the cost are far under the  standard in Europe

Picture 3 shows a typical assembling line in China, (Shenzhen II) Roughly 3800 workers do her high sophisticated business under German - Japanese management.

 

This company is predestined to manufacture high sophisticated items as requested in computer, photo or Hi Fi industry.

An own tool maker shop, a own plastic injection shop, a own punching shop and a own painting shop gives many abilities to do a special business.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Picture  1 shows a small machining line of one of our partners in for aluminum and zinc die casting in Izmir. Here the simple machining operation will be made on a line in the same area as the die casting.

 

 

 

 

In this die casting shop we have machines till to 830 tons, partly with full automatically operation, material and part handling. ( picture  2 )

On the different areas, CAO  is producing die casting parts (Istanbul; Izmir, Kaoshiung und Tsuen Wan) we offer a capacity from a 10 tons zinc hot chamber machine till to 1.600 tons for big aluminum casting parts for the car industry.

 

 

 

 

Further more half automatic assembling lines, where we assemble  die casting parts and furthers to groups (for example diesel pumps for cars) with to 60 meters length of the assembling  line and the suitable amount of workers on it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That we always point out our ability to assemble parts means, that it makes not so much sense, if we make only simple casting parts, without any added value.

The casting, the machining and finally the assembling  really help to reduce the costs in the large style first.

 

 

 

 

Some of our manufacturers  have a certification according the ISO 9000, some of them are only working according these rule, without a certification, others, our smaller and economical enterprises mainly work according to our regulations worked out to each order.
